I went in to have a watch battery replaced and get a new wristband. Brian was so kind and helpful. And while he was working on it, I got to look at all the pretty things in the cases! Very nice store. He did a beautiful job cleaning my wedding ring too!

Friendly! Competent! Fairly priced! I made the 70+mile drive to Santa Maria from my home in Santa Barbara to have my Cliq hinge on my ring repaired. Brian at JS’s Jewelers fixed it right there on site while I waited. He also checked the prongs on the stones on some other pieces I brought. He made repairs, adjustments, cleaned and polished my jewelry and had me walking out happy and secure that my jewelry was once again in great shape. I couldn’t be more pleased with his work! 👏🏻

I ended up a at JB Jewelers to get a couple of items engraved. I was flying the following day. The professional staff was unphased by the deadline and simply walked me through all the options. The following day I got the goods which I exceeded my expectations! I’ll use their services again.

Extremely kind staff, I went in to get my wedding band and engagement ring soldered together. They explained the process to me, showed me the process along the way. The cleaned my ring right then and there. Waited about 30 min, and they treated me with kindness and respect. Such wonderful people.

OUTSTANDING. I worked with Brian and he created exactly what I wanted. Everyone in the store is friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. I actually drove from out of town in order to get the service and craftsmanship I was looking for. They have an extensive inventory of lovely items ready to purchase - or they can create something especially for you. They're a full service establishment. I am a customer for life after discovering this store. Many thanks. Very professional. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I love this business! The only engraver in the county that would engrave the inside of a stainless steel ring… and last minute! So friendly, quick to satisfy my order, and communicated fully. I ended up buying a second custom piece right on the spot. Great pricing. 5 stars!
